A collection of my thoughts and experiences from life, work, travel, friends and family.
The title of represents so many different parts to my life. I like that manja is a Malay word, and one of the first words I learnt from my mother-in-law in Singapore. If I understand correctly it means attention or attention seeking but it can also mean love, or needing love. I love cuddles and I love sharing hugs with friends and kisses with AS. So manja I am and manja I must have.
Dumplings on the other hand are one of my favourite foods. A hangover from my teenage years in Taiwan and endless years of study of Chinese with the best accompaniment of a plate of steaming dumplings. They are the ultimate comfort food for me.
If you were really cheeky you would agree that it matches my body shape. Yes I am a little dumpling!
So together I have love and I have sustenance. I hope that I can share that with you here at Manja Dumpling.
I love you, you manja dumpling! *sayang sayang*
Thanks delicious for the nonya love!
